I got a nice set of billet pulleys for my 440 today. I went to put them on and the water pump pulley hits the friggin bolts on the pump :flame:!!! I think it would clear the pump if it didn't hit the damn bolts :-\! Has anyone else had this problem? Do I need a special pump to run these pulleys? HELP! ! :bawling:  :brickwall: :RantExplode: :smilie_help: :cussing: :cryin: :( :drunk: :oye:

are you using regular bolts ?  are you trying to use a March pulley ?   if so what I have started to do at the shop (instead of grinding the bolt heads down) is use botton head allens instead of bolts....      they clear...     if this isnt what you're using sorry for wasting your time
