Anyone else install vinyl fencing themselves? How did you go about cutting custom size panel? Some panels need to be shortened and I wondered how you do it.

I know you don't have many - OK any, friends and therefore you ask this forum any and every question that pops into your tiny little head.  That's good for you but ranges from mildly amusing all the way up to extremely annoying for most everyone else.  For the record, I'm in the latter category, Tonto.

However, because you're such a swell fellow, and also because I think we all should help the handicapped, here's a little tip.  Use GOOGLE to help solve the many problems that life throws you.  It's great, it's free and it will make many people (read: the regulars of this forum) extremely happy!!  What a bargain, huh Skippy?

Now here's a perfect example: try typing "Vinyl Fence Installation" into Google and guess what?  You get the names and websites of fence manufactures.  Not only that BUT these fine folks then provide installation instructions on their websites.  Isn't technology marvelous?!?!?

No need to thank me, Sunshine.  The thought of you asking one (or God-willing hundreds) fewer half-witted questions is more than you will ever know.  (Apologies to any half-wits reading this for using Silver's name in the same vein.)

Sure it's not as good as having real friends to ask, but I don't think science has yet perfected the personality-transplant you so desperately need. 

Hopefully, I've kept my sentences short and my words small so you can read this.  Oh, please tell your Mom I said "Hi" the next time she brings you some Hot Pockets down in the basement.

No need to pick on anyone for asking questions. Look at the bright side, at least with questions about vinyl fencing, SilverR/T is being enviromentally responsible. Look at the downside to installing a wooden or metal fence.
