Gauges and gauge lights don't work. Turn signals do.

Thanks to everyone here, I got my turn signals working perfectly, and the turn lights on the gauge cluster light up just fine.  But none of the gauges work (except the aftermarket volt meter).  None of the gauge lights come on, either.  I'm thinking this might be the little voltage regulator that is mounted on the back of the gauge cluster, but does that affect the dash lights?

I replaced all of the fuses, too, but it still doesn't seem to help.  And I don't think it's an improper ground, because the signal lights work.
Matt. 14:8 (KJV) "And she, being before instructed of her mother, said, 'give me here John Baptist's head in a Charger.'"

Check the connector that plugs onto the cluster circuit board. If it's unplugged that would cause the gauges and lights to quit.
