Sorry if this is your car. Found it for sale locally on Craigslist. The wheels just don't do it for me.
Sixty-eights look great and the '69 is fine.
But before the General Lee there was me - Headrope.

If that is the only modification, it is atleast an easy fix.  Hell, sell the wheels, and buy lots of new parts.

:o  It does kind of take away from the long and low look doesn't it?

Ghoste why aren't you in bed? I've just started work, just gone 9am here

4:30AM here and I'm getting ready for work.

Its really no big deal, I don't care for it but it is an easy fix at least it doesn't have welded on spoilers and a fuzzy dash :rotz:

Bling just DOESN'T belong on muscle cars. That is the perfect example of why not..

I don't like the wheels either. I think someone must of got the idea looking at Hot Wheels cars.  :icon_smile_dissapprove:

But the dumb part is, those wheels are probably worth a quarter of what the car alone is worth.

Looks similar the new "hotwheels" 1st gen with those wheels. Unfortunately that's the current trend. The car looks great otherwise.

I think some of you need to buy the car so you can recue it from the terrible wheels!

Guys,

down here in sunny Australia, Sydney to be precise - there's a beautiful orange 69 R/T with something like 20 inch wheels whcih just don't suit it at all. They really detract from the look of a great car. Just my opinion of course, but I'm in agreeance with the "anti bling" look.
