Good Car Shows This Winter!!!

Ok, the old man and I used to do carlisle, but since I got a promotion at work, taking off anytime in July is not happening (swimming pool company service manager)   So....since my winters are light now, I want to find a good show for my dad and I to go to.  Does not have to be a mopar show.  He's into hudsons and has a 46 pickup and a 51 hornet.  Anyone know of any good shows in the warmer climates during January/early FEB?

I tried looking and I am a spaz when it comes to navigating the site.  I am dying to go somewhere I have never been, so no Florida please.  I am thinking like Texas, Tenessee, Kentucky, etc...also, not some cruise night.  I need something we can dive into for at least a full day....
