Another EBAY THIEF.

Anyone here know a guy in Chesterfield, Mi. ?? He also goes by the EBAY name: Chevellelarry. It looks as though his wife sells some girly things and has kept their feedback afloat.

I bought a pair of 11" backing plates from them and first went through some screwing on shipping. Then when the package FINALLY arrived it was too small for 11" plates. Sure enough the plates are 10 inch. On top of that he tossed in some bend to hell shock mount plates. They were NOT part of the auction. Nor were they ever mentioned. I guess after I told them what shipping SHOULD be,,, they decided to add some weight. About another 7-8 pounds worth.  :rotz:

I immediately went to the computer and emailed the seller and he answered back, (2 days later), (SEND THEM BACK AND I WILL REFUND THE MONEY, "MINUS SHIPPING").  What an a-hole.....    After paying way too much to ship them here, he wants me to ship back all this junk at my cost.

So sorry Larry. Paypal will take it from you and I will do everything I can to end your THIEVING career... :nutkick:

I just sold something worth $500 on ebay and I'm being paid through paypal. I'm just a little nervous about the guy stating he never recieved the items and then going to paypal to get the money back while keeping the items. The guy does have 116 feedback, 100% so....

People like that though Steve can ruin it for alot of other people!

Drache, did you get in touch with the shipper? They will have the delivery recorded. Date and time and I think,,,, if it was just left at the door or if it was handed off...  Check it out...

You are very right. It only takes a few bad apples....   :flame:

when you mail it use the USPS and ask for delivery confermation . that means they have to sign for the package . then he can't say he didn't get it. i sell a lot of big money guitar parts . check out one of my auctions. Rene

I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.

I live in Canada and out post office is different. Regular post as it was shipped does not come with a tracking ID but I did pay for it. I can only get delivery confirmation shipping it Xpresspost and that costs double the amount.

In that case, if I were you I would find someone in the states that you can send your high dollar items to and have them send the items to your buyers with signature only.

The buyer is Canadian as well, over in Alberta in fact. If I shop something to the states it automatically comes with a tracking number and I can buy a signature needed for a dollar or so more.

Yeah, could be.. Ebay/Paypal can check that....    I am rather anal when it comes to money.  There is still a guy in Texas that won't make it through the night if I ever see him again.. He lived in Indiana when he gave me the shaft. Now2 in Texas and I couldn't do crap through Epain.

The guy that got me a few yeas ago goes by the EBAY name:  WEDGYMAX.. His real name is Dan Garver. I don't know if he made the right choice in moving to Texas. All he has to do is screw someone out there and have him come to their place. In Texas you can shoot people for trespassing.. (YOU KNOW THAT PILE OF VOMIT WAS TRESPASSING)......

Also be aware of stolen accounts that ask you to log in to be able to view the auction.  I went to look at an auction this past week and it went back to log in screen when I clicked on it after I was already logged in.  When I looked up at the address line it was no longer in eBay.  I reported it to Ebay and they shut it down cause the guys account had been hijacked.  Wish they could catch and prosecute a few of these rotten good for nothing crooks!  Really pisses me off! :flame:

Steve P.

:iagree: I have reported many..

I wish ebay had a US. and Canada only web site.  They can prosecute in the US.
