Does somebody know where can be found "relays banks" like newer cars ?

I want to get all relay upgrades on my car centralized like newer cars. I made long time ago the halogen beams upgrade with bosch relays and located on back of beams pedestal, and I want to make the same with A/C  blower speeds, installing relays between lever and speed resistor. I have discovered the weakest point on A/C cars is the fan lever switch that overheats A LOT melting everything around. Is not polishing or rust problem, is design problem since points inside switch are EXCESIVELLY SMALL AND WEAK to drive the blower consumption.

But with this I'll get a total amount of 5 relays, maybe 6, even maybe 7 if I add also road lamps like cudas below the Bumper I don't want to get relays all around the car. I want to get everything located on one place similar to the fusebox.

so if you know, let me know.

I don't know how easy it would be for you where you're at to find one, but the first generation Chrysler LH cars had a nice sized relay bank under the hood on the drivers side.  I think they held 6 to 8 ISO relays.

It's not a midlife crisis, it's my second adolescence.

What cars are the first gen LH plattorms ?

93-97 Concorde, Intrepid, LHS, New Yorkers

I took a flat aluminum bar, bent it to a   ____---------------_____ shape, drilled some holes in it and screwed the relays to it.

If you want a factory looking one, I think newer chevy trailblazers have something nice under the hood, my ford taurus had something good under the hood too.

well I didn't wanted just to drill holes on a bar and bolt relays, I wanted more just plug in and out the relays similar to fuses keepking female terminals in place and save to have wires and plugs hanging around.

Ok then NO first LH gen Mopars here. On those years only Neon, Spirits/Lebarons where sold here by Chrysler ( beside Jeeps ). that was a mark to Chrysler return to Venezuela since 79 when they left.

I'l keep my eyes opened.

ISO relays are those small square black ones with 4/5 prongs ?

ISO relays are the small black ones that are about 1 inch square with 4 or 5 terminals.

Actually the Spirit/LeBarons from about 1992 on up might be an even better choice.  They have a fuse/relay bank on the drivers side of the engine compartment also.  They have spaces for maxifuses.

Ok, I'll try to go on a "junkyarding mission"

Hey, Nacho

If your looking for the relays that interlock into one another look on the painless wire web  site http://www.painlesswiring.com/webcatalog.php and click on the headlight & aux relays link on the left then go down the page to item #80133 Relay base port these link together side by side like I think your looking for, there's two sets of these linked on my universal wire harness I have.

Nacho-RT74

smookey!!! GOOD ONE!!!

with that then there is not limit to make a relay bank, just add as far you need.

Now I need to know how to get them :P
