Any ideas on what would cause this, if I take the charger to work, and leave when its dark, the next morning my battery will have just enough to get it to start as long as its not too cold, and doesn't die.  When I say coming home from work I mean a 15-25 minute 98% highway drive.  When I drive the car without using the headliights its fine.  I have stock headlights, wiring, and alternator (50 or 60 amp) so I see no reason for this but where should I look first? Oh and the alternator is only about a year old, the regulator is a mopar performance and is less than six months old, and I do have a mp elec ignition.

I'd start with the alternator.  Get it checked under load.   Do you have an ohmeter at home?

ok start the car while its running unhook the battery , if it stays running its atleast charging some then turn on electrical thing until it dies if it does its probly something in the alternator it sounds like the alt is weak but it does sound like it is working some

if you have a amp or volt gauge. check the connection on back of it. my 79 d-150 was doing the same thing and i put in a aftermarket gauge. "no more problem".
