MONSTER MOPAR WEEKEND IN ST LOUIS....ANYONE GOING ?

Is anyone going to this event ?? I am planning on attending....taking the Belvedere to do some racing....the Charger will stay home,,,
Heard this is a great event.....if you guys see the car ,,, stop by and say hello.

I'll be there along with Allen (41husk). Blue Pentastar, mopar_madman, 694spdRT, hemigeno, R M MOBARN INC, Bill from A&M (gtx6970), and maybe 69_500 will be around as well. I'm sure there are others too. Recharger was there last year but he's dissing us for his real friends this year (I think it's a wedding so I guess that's ok ). I didn't make it through the pits last year but I'll try to find you and your car.

My wife and I will be there Saturday. We're driving my wife's Go-Mango Daytona Ram pickup and leaving the cars at home. We're driving the truck because we're picking up a few parts from Gean Gregory for some of the Daytona builds that we're working on. We'll enter the truck just so that we can park in the in-field area. I don't normally enter late model vehicles in car shows, but they don't judge them anyway and this way we don't have to walk all of the way around the drag strip just to get in. Someone name a time and place and maybe we can get together.

It would almost have to be Saturday. Gene hasn't decided to take the big red truck yet but that would be easiest. You can see it from anywhere in the swap or show field. I am trying to remember if there's another landmark that stands out.

Well, Since it's about 20 miles from my house....I'LL BE THERE ALL THREE DAYS !

Guys I will be there all three days, and Friday after the gates close you are all welcome to stop by the MOPAD, (Its a little place I store parts and relax)  It is just around the corner from the track in Madison IL.  I will have a sign on my area in the swap area with www.dodgecharger.com on it.  or give me a call (618)558-7278.  Just thought it would be nice to have a place we could gather and put faces with screen names away from the venue on off time.  There is also a little cruize Saturday night in Granite City (real close to the track) Troy and I went last year.

My plan is to be there Sat & Sun, but there is a slight chance some things going on personally may prevent me from being there.  Long story.

If I can at all, I'll be there.  The truck and R/T are both all cleaned up and ready to go, and I just got my stickers and wristbands in the mail yesterday.  I also have to go down to GIR today and stake out parking spots for the Aero guys too.

If there is a time that you guys want to meet, we can do so at my truck (it does make a good landmark, doesn't it??).  Somebody pick the time...  Troy??

Actually, your truck creates its own shade so I don't mind hanging around for a bit. Wanna try for some time after lunch since there seems to be a lot of conflicts around noon. How about 1 PM? Then people ought to show up around 2...

I will be there but I might not bring the '69 R/T. We are leaning towards taking my dad's '71 R/T 440 Six Pack in Butterscotch so that should be easy for guys to spot...here is a pic.

I'll be there with my '04 Dodge Intrepid Police Package. It is Brilliant Black w/ dark tinted windows. I would bring either my '86 Charger (too small for 3 people w/ extras) or my '74 Charger not quite ready to take it that far. I will Be there!
