440 motor from 70 Imperial...should I buy it?

You guys talked me into it. I bought the motor. Date code is 18 70. Block casting number is 2536430-5. Haven't checked the cylinder head numbers yet. Supposedly, the motor has never been apart. The water pump has the mopar pentastar on it and the original distributor is still there. Thanks for the advice.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I checked the dipstick and the oil looked pretty good...no water in the pan. I noticed that there was still coolant in the motor which made me feel a lot better. It gets cold enough here to freeze a block.

i buy almost any 440 that is close enough to me to go pickup. thats a great motor with just alittle help there monsters. and reliable
