Brake pedal sticks

I drove the Charger yesterday First time in two years even though it was only down the neighborhood street and back.  The brake pedal sticks with the brakes engaged when used.  I had to pull the brake pedal back up with my foot to release them.  Any ideas?

First try lubing the pivots on the brake pedal bracket.
