I finally got my complete shipment from UPS and got the redlines installed.  Sorry for the junky pictures (I think I had the backlight on).  They look much better than these pictures.  Bob

looks good , real nice looking charger :2thumbs:

Thanks Tan Top!  The redlines really give it that "period correct" look.

That looks GOOD!  Tires on rear are 275/60/15 on 8" wheel and front is 235/60/15 on 7" wheel, right????  What backspacing are the rear wheels?  How's the fit.  They really look good.  NICE car!

That's right!  The back spacing is 4.25" up front and 4.50" out back.  It's a perfect fit with no rubbing anywhere.  Bob

Those look great Bob  :2thumbs: The redlines really compliment the magnums and the rest of the car. The 275's are perfect out back....time for a burnout pic  :icon_smile_big:

Nice! DiamondBacks?

Yea Chris, there Diamondback Classics (like yours?).  I think they are the only people that sell a redline radial in the 60 series sizes.  They're actually Firestone Firehawk 500's.  They buy them and then vulcanize the redlines on.  They do a really nice job.  Bob

I like it   I have thought of getting a set for mine, but mine is to low for that combo, it probably
would look goofy, maybe on my blue 68, if it ever gets done.......

This is Bobs car, a before picture for anybody who did not see it, again looks gread Bob, how does it handle?

Thanks Dan.  It seems to handle as well if not better than the Goodyears.  Also thanks for providing the 2004 meet picture.  There is now proof that I have actually attended.  Bob

:scratchchin:  umm drives better, then mine would drive better, most people I talk with say the Goodyears
drive better that the TA.s. I just like the look better myself, I have never said my TA's road better than
the Goodyear Eagle's of the same size, thanks for the good news on the red lines  :icon_smile_big:

Yep, I have over ten pictures of your car at the 2003 and 2004 Kent show, that proves you made it
To bad not 2006, we could have used a ton more cars, I was baking at the get together............

They look great! :2thumbs:

I'm stoked to hear that they are in fact Firestone 500s at heart.  :yesnod:

Best all around tire for the price IMO.

Use 'em on our daily driver, and they have performed perfectly.

Can't wait for my "70 to be at the point it gets a set.

I have DB's as well in 255/60 all around.  At the time they used a BFG mfg. tire (not the Radial T/A brand name but compareable)

They are pricey but well worth it IMHO

I was a little hesitant when they said they were the Firestones and did some investigating.  I went to a website that rates all brands and models of tires based upon feedback from actual customers (I forget what site is was now).  Anyway they rated the tires between 1 and 5 with 5 being the best based upon wear, traction, handling, etc..  The Firestone Firehawk 500's came in with a rating of a solid 4.  My beloved Goodyears only managed a 2.8.  That sealed the deal.  Bob

I think you'll be very pleased with the Indy's.  :yesnod:

I also did some research before I switched from the Goodyear GTIIs about two years ago, and the stats from the Tire Rack sold me.

The GTIIs were hell on wet pavement, and down right scary on standing water.

Nary a wiggle with the Indy's, and I've had 'em for over 25,000 miles on our "97 Town Car.

And with my mom in the hospital I'm putting over 650 miles a week on these tires right now.

Not one complaint. :2thumbs:
