Need help with movie files on my computer.

I got a bunch of movie files sent to me.  I want to watch them but I can't see them all.  Some are in .AVI format and I can watch these on my windows media player.  The rest are in .MOV format and I can't watch these in windows media player.  Is there some way I can convert the .MOV file over to something I can see or a place where I can host them so I can see them?

the only program i've found that plays .mov files is Kodak Easy Share.

--i went through the same thing this weekend........installed the Kodak program.........everything works now.

I see we have another Chris LeDoux fan on the site.  I've got about 12 of Chris's CD's including the box sets.  Bareback Jack is one of my favorite songs.  RIP Chris.

.MOV files are QuickTime format and some of the latest versions might require the official QuickTime player from Apple. Also a free download.
