did any other 69 factory 440 b-body cars  come with a power steering pump cooler other than the 69 1/2 lift off hood cars [road runners and super bees]?

According to the discussions we have had the cooler was installed on any 440 car with a gear ratio of 3.54/3.55 or lower. My '69 Charger R/T has one from the factory and its 4 spd A33 axle package car.

I think used is your only option. Someone had said squad cars used them also but, I don't know if they are the exact same piece.

If you want the "correct" one you will have to hunt & expect to pay accordingly.  Like Ty said, some cop cars also came with a variation of the cooler but you'd have to modify it to look right.

Heres what to look for

This may be off base...but I had a friend with a 'Cuda 440  4-speed actually used a transmission cooler for his power steering cooler.   So  what he had was 2 external coolers in front of his radiator.   Instead of them mounting horizontal,  they were mounted vertically.   On the left side....his tranny cooler...on the right side....power steering cooler.   He mounted it that way as to not restrict flow to the radiator itself.  But....that's just if you aren't worried about correctness.
