anybody have a pic of how these fit, are they flat on the floor or at an angle. thanks

I don't have a picture, but I'm pretty sure they lay flat on the floor, not at an angle.  I'm not positive though, hopefully someone else can confirm.  (My interior is spread across 3 different rooms and my garage right now, otherwise I'd get a pic for you)

I disagree.  I remember mine sitting at a slight angle and judgeing by the screw holes in my floor pan it looks like that's the only way they will mount.

I think they sit at an angle too.  I think the carpet and kick panels make them sit up a bit.  At least on the 3rd Gen's they do.
