Anyone know the correct P/N for Mopar Turn Signal Switch?

Hello all! I was wondering if anyone knows the part number for the turn signal switch that you can still get from the dealer? My car is a 69 SE. I've seen the part on several sites and it's shown in a Mopar Parts bag and is listed as NEW and currently available. I want to try to get it from my local dealer here.

Any help would be great.
