Installed wiring harness...3spd wiper does not work.

Just installed the dash wiring harness in my 70 Charger and I cant get the wipers to work.
The motor is a 3spd.
It looks like there are 4 Brown wires with black connectors that need to go someplace???

I think two of them go to the washer switch,but i do not know where the other two go?

I have a service manual but it does not show these 4 brown wires with the black connectors.

Sorry I posted in the wrong section,I tried to delete my post and then re-insert it into the correct

Don't know if you found an answer to your question on the four brown wires w/ black connectors on the back of your guage cluster, but on my 69 charger, 2-browns go to the washer switch (push button), they should be taped together, longest wire goes furthest towards the right (passenger side).  One other wire plugs into the washer switch, viewing the switch from the back of the cluster, attach to the bottom left which is the same wire, opposite end of the long brown wire attaching to the right side of the washer push button switch.  I still haven't found where the 4th brown connector goes, if you know or remember could you please call me at 530-558-5257.
