Anybody know where to get this?  Anybody know what size capacitor it is?  I read somewhere that it's function was to eliminate the "clicks" heard in the AM radio coming from the electro/mechanical voltage regulator on the ckt board.  I'm going with the new electronic regulator (I think it's call IV4).  So would this mean that I don't even need this capacitor anymore?
