It looks like the hood turn signal wires that hide in the hood steel?

I want to say hood blinkers also

mine had those rubbery/plasticy isolators as well for anything that was going to be hidden between panels, in this case the inner and outer hood steel?

One wire will be longer than the other because they join the main harness on driver side so the longer wire has farther to go to reach to get to passenger side

Cheers guys i think you may be correct .I didn't think of them as i purchased the hood turn lenses that came with the wires & this may have come with one of the new looms i purchased also. thanks again all
