rear spring mounts

Well, I was in the process of putting in my new springs when I noticed that the rear mounting section is all crapped up. Shes cut and rusted and hanging by 2 weld points.

Anywho... I was wondering is anyone makes these. to be more specific, this is the part that the top of the shackles bolt through and is connected to the rear plate. If you need pics let me know.

or should I just make some out of some 13 gauge steel?
