Hotchkis Leaf Springs Sag - 3/4 inch difference side to side. Best Replacements?

Hi, about 9 years ago I put in the Hotchkis TVS system in my 68 Charger. It sat perfectly for the first few years, but started to get lower and lower. Now once side is 3/4 different than the other, and the car bottoms out all the time with just one passenger. I like a nice handling car, don't drag race, and will more than likely keep the big sway bars front and back. I have looked at the standard Mopar replacement springs through Summit, and the Firm Feel standard springs as well, but was wondering A) if 180 lb spring rate is too much for nice handling, and B) if it will raise the car too much. If anyone has side pics of their cars with either of these springs in them, would you mind posting?
