Vent window frame

Is there a difference between the 1968-1970 frames and the 1966-1967 frames?  The reason I ask, on my 1968 Charger I am having trouble lining up the vent window to the A-pillar for a good seal.  Passenger side is fine.  Car never wrecked.  It occurred to me that I may have used a frame from an earlier model as I was picking through parts trying to find the best ones to send out for plating.  The drivers side seems to have a little more of a curve.

I believe they are different from 1st to second gen...also convertible car frames are different as well....
