Ok, 68 Charger core support, on the bottom below where the radiator mounts, the is a lip with 3 holes.  Does anything mount here?  I have a real nice radiator but it is just a tad too tall, and was thinking I could just cut that lip off and be good to go, if I don't need it....

Nothing mounts there but I would think if you cut it off it might significantly weaken the lower support.   ???
