Steering wheel for 70

[70 sublime]

The last batch of Charger parts I bought had this tuff wheel in it
What cars would have had this as an option originally  ?
I have read some comments with this style in a second gen B body and it blocks some of the dash gauges from view

I have a good factory wheel with the partial horn ring but it is all green
Might try to paint it black but not sure how to make it not flake off later

Also have an old rim blow wheel that needs to be restored if it could be
A lot of the plastic has shrunk and made big cracks that need filled in and would need the new switch for around the edge

What I would really like is a wood grain factory type wheel or something aftermarket that would go with the wood dash inserts and wood pistol grip

That's the wheel you want. It's smaller diameter and fatter rim works better for general driving. 
(Plus you have it now.)
