Can anyone tell me how the brace on the battery tray is mounted?  Right now when I put the tray where it goes, it's sitting on an angle.  I know this brace goes somewhere but can't figure it out.  Let me know or send pics please.   :shruggy:  Thanks!!

No pics at this moment but they get 3 attachment points. Two J bolts, the outer to the tray, the inner which is a bit shorter to the inner fender side ( there is a hole there ) AND a bolt on top of inner fender. The top piece gets the provision for this bolt

This piece is sold for 72/74, but 73/74s got actually a separated piece for the top of inner fender attaching point

Thanks for the feedback!  So there isn't a brace under the battery tray to level it up?

Just the 4 bolts in my 74 Charger. 3 ito the inner fender and 1 into the radiator side panels.

Just looked at a couple old pics of my 73 during assembly. No brace, as stated bolts to inner fender and rad support.

Oh, I was thinking on the battery holding bracket!

No battery brace underneath it. That's a 71/72 deal. 73/74 sits right over the inner fender skin over the frame rail

71/72 battery tray is diff than 73/74 on B bodies
