Can someone please decode my fender tag!!!!!

I got a 1969 Charger and I can't make heads or tails of the tag can some please help also I got the number off the block I think can any one help me with this also thank you Lee

The LL was stamped under neath the number I don't know maybe the 6 is a G it was hard to tell thanks

PS----the VIN # stamping should be on the passenger side of the block on a flat machined pad right above the oil pan towards the rear of the block

The #'s you posted are the casting #'s
