What software are you using? Somewhere in your "tools" you should have an option for resizing a current picture. Reduce the picture to a maximum of 200KB and it should work when you post it here. Note: Remember to save the resized picture under a new name so you still have the higher quality original one.

I am not familiar with HP Photsuite. It looks like it is pre-installed software on HP systems. If after looking in every menu and sub-menu and you still can't find the "resize" or "adjust" tool it may just be the simple fact that it's a function HP Photosuite does not provide. If you want, you can go to www.adobe.com and download a free 30 day trial of Photoshop Elements. It's a more bare bones version of Photoshop CS2 but will surely resize your pictures and a whole lot more. Good luck!

Do you have "Microsoft Picture It" somewhere on your puter? I think most people do. If so open the pic with that, click on Format and change the pixel width to 750 or so, save as (whatever) and it should reduce the image to 200 kb or less. Any other program is going to be similar.

Photobucket.com
Its a free service, you can upload your pics, vids ect... they will host it, and even write the sorce code for you so all you have to do is coppy the code and paste it into your forum post.  It will automatically resize it. I tried car domain and other places like that and they are such a pain. also if you want to send your friend the pic, you can just send them the link. Its great!
