Does it makes sense to use Iridium or Platinum spark plugs or did just Copper versions are just fine in a 361?

Just use copper, iridium is just chuckin $$$ down the shita on older style engines. Those plugs do last a long time in a modern clean burning engine, good in applications that are difficult to get at the plugs like v6 quad cam engines where the manifold covers one bank of plugs. You will foul an iridium plug just as quick as a copper plug.

Might depend on what you use the car for? Cant go wrong with coppers tho.

I liked how the car started up better/quicker with Iridium, especially when cold.  They did look dirty after several late fall cold starts, but still seemed to fire like new. I'm sure if I was able to actually go for a drive they would have cleaned up.  I'm using regular coppers now while I sort out my tune. I noticed no benefit whatsoever platinum vs copper. I plan to go back to iridium once my tune is right, but I'm running fuel injection
