I'm not an expert on SEs... but... shouldn't be the B pillar post there ?

Ha good find! It appears that car had its weatherstrip ripped away leaving the stub ends with the push tabs on them. The one on top is definitely pushed into something. Filler? I just cant tell.

No it looks to be torn off or missing from his. It is all one piece.

Great photo thanks  ODZKing. I cant figure out what I did to be missing that piece. I have the same problem on both sides. Also I just notice you have a phillips head screw holding some trim on. I am also missing whatever that is. Btw that paint looks like it flowed on, nice work.

I believe I have a pair of those trim pieces that go over the pillar post as seen in ODZKing pic.
