Does anyone know the specs on hardened seat inserts for B/RB big blocks or where to find that information.  I'm a machinist and I can machine out the press fit seat pockets and the guides for concentricity, but I'm having a hard time finding info on the seat insert size. The Durabond website says .200 larger than the valve diameter.  I don't see enough room for this to fit properly.

Then wouldn't it only put it .100 closer to the intake?
What if you just 'did' the exhaust seats like you say. THEN cut the intake seats with just a minimum, and see how 'close' it really is?
I Don't have tons of knowledge on the Mopar Chambers. so..

But, any "new" valves are going to seem larger in the margin compared to beat up, 200K mile, stock valves anywho.

Maybe give this gent a call?
