OK - figure someone here can educate my dumb ass on paints... 

Acrylic Urethane vs. Acrylic Enamel

pros / cons ?    I am going with a metallic so I figure I should do BC/CC -

Also - stripping a car to bare medal - then epoxy prime, high build, base coat, clear coat ?

I jambed in my 73 Challenger before I sold it - doesn't mean I did it correctly - just looking for the broad strokes and making sure I got it right in my head. Paint is NOT my thing - but my 440 is going together soon for my Polara and I want to paint the engine bay before the engine goes in.
