Switching from A/C heater box to heater box

Has anyone done this swap? What modifications need to be done for this swap? What kind of weight savings are involved? I'd like to also be able to switch back if I ever decide I want air conditioning. Thanks

Thank you for the link. I have a terrible time finding results with the search engine on this site. It looks like all I have to do is drill out a couple mounting holes in the firewall and the rest is just relocating, deleting, and swapping a couple of parts.
