Can I put a 15x10 American Racing vector under a stock 68-70 B-body?

Yes, but the tires might rub the lip inside the quarter.

I run them on mine with a 30x9 slick. Do not rub with 5 people in the car. Its CLOSE thiugh, like cant fit a sheet of paper between the 1/4 lip and tire.
