I'm wiring an alarm into the Charger. Do the parking lights draw more than 10 amps?

Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

The full parking light system ( including sidemarkers and cluster ) can draw around 5-8 amps.
What changes this is the tail ligh bulbs ( 1 or 2 per side ) and cluster bulbs ( variations between Rallye and Standard clusters in some cases )

Terminal/sockets conditions could increase loads.

Being 69, sidemarkers load is not a problem of course.

Ok so pretty close to the max. I will be replacing all of those with LEDs though so it should go down right?
