Can anyone tell if they are a decent back to deal with? Seems the little bank I'm using from my home state is screwing up my pay and when I asked them I couldn't get a straight answer so I'm done with them. It seems that my pay goes back and forth?  One day I can have $500 then two days later I can have $848 dollars and then go back three days later and have $200 after I've not withdrawed any money or had any payments made? Then of course I've overdrafted because of this crap on several different occasions so I'm done with them. Anyways, just wondering if USAA is any good bank wise? Thank you.

I have car insurance through usaa as well as a line of credit - and they have been the best company I have ever dealt with.
I can't say anthying for their banking because I belong to a credit union but if it is anything like their credit card/auto insurance system it should be fantastic. They have a secure internet site that I have been using for a while and it offers complete access to all your funds and history. Very wonderful system that never keeps me in the dark so I know just how much I owe and when it needs to be paid.

Ask about their internet banking system if you decide to give them a go.

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

DITTO - USAA is the ONLY company I actually enjoy doing business with - the only thing they ever say to me is "yes sir"... they rule

So far I'm having good luck with USAA. I was using Navy Federal Credit Union, but since I've retired from the Navy I always get hit with ATM charges from whatever bank owns the ATM as well as a fee from NFCU. USAA pays the charges for up to 14 ATM transactions a month.
