I think you are talking about William Smith playing the character "Jack Wilson".   He has over 300 movie and tv appearences to his credits, one of the greatest b actors of all time next to ron howard's brother clint.  can you get me in the approximate year range and i'll try to help you out.

not too many mopars in it but it,s a cool movie though.I got it on dvd a while ago.There,s a website called hondahog.com they have lots of old car and biker movies on vhs or dvd i,ve bought quite a few they are really good to deal with.

Plot Summary:

A couple scam a Hi-Rider out of some cash during a drag race, and when he refuses to pay, they track him down to the gang's hideout. However, after a fatal collision of the son of the "big man in town" during a race, the gang has to fight for their lives against the man's legion of hillbillies.

  that sounds familiar( Shakey) i vaguely remember watching something like that in the late 70's or early 80's   . i thought it was ( hell riders or hell drivers )  but i have never found it since, was the charger  red or orange,i think i got wrecked half way through  (surprise -surprise) there was a blue( i think) 68/ 69 barracuda fast back in most of the movie being used for street racing by the driver to win some $$$ 's , like i say it was a long time a go since i saw it
