Varex Adjustable Muffler?

I'm wondering if anyone has come across a product that would work on a B Body like the Varex muffler where you can essentially remotely control the decibel level of your exhaust. And I don't mean a dump value to bypass the mufflers, but actually adjusting the flow in the muffler itself to make it quiet or loud, depending on what you want.

Why won't a Varex work or do you not want to pay the $350 plus import fees?

Thanks for spotting those. I was just worried it would make my car sound like a ricer, but these brands seemed to be sold on Summit and some other muscle car sites.
