Rocker rott please help

Hi; my car was just blasted I have rott below the door post on the rocker.
It's a hole the size of a silver dollar with a couple of smaller holes around it.
I removed a rodents nest from inside,I'm concerned there's existing rust inside from mouse urin,
My questions are what's best cut and patch?or replace the rocker skin?
If patched can something be sprayed inside to remove and prevent the rust from reappearing?
Also approximately how many hours to replace the rocker skin?

I just paid $2100 to have a driver floor welded in, a rusty cowl patched, a fender rust hole patched, rust outs around the tailgate repaired, an NOS tailgate prepped and painted, and a new rocker panel made, installed, and painted on my '55 Plymouth wagon. However, I'm not sure what the breakdown was as far as how much each individual job cost me.
