Searching for previous owners RT 1970 Charger

Gday All

Just purchased a 1970 RT SE which needs a full resto ,  I'm trying to do a little research on it . I have a pieces of a registration papers which look like a rat has eaten with the previous owner being in Sacramento in the year 1986 expiry of the registration  , I have their licence number 667YCC not sure if its the registration plate or the owners licence details .part name being Lorna DIAZ  , Oxnard ? .

Any help from you guys as Im in Australia .

The # 93033 is the zip code for Oxnard, California west of LA. with a total more or less of 1417 street names.

Thanks for the information , any one know if the local Police can search the licence number ?

I believe since the attacks of September 11 2001, the Government has really made it difficult to find this stuff out.....unless you are in the Government.

Funny thing whilst the last post was done I located the owner did some searches and I worked out the name and address  Ill check on Facebook and see if they are on the owner is 65 years old so lets see if they still I've there .

It's not a good idea to search "the system" as a govt employee for personal info. Every query is recorded. If there is no PC to warrant the query, the employee could lose their job and face prison time. Should they be audited

I think it's Lorraine Diaz not Lorna.. you can see parts of the E and the two Rs of Lorraine

The street is probably Dufau Rd. There are only three streets in Oxnard that have "au" (as it can still be deciphered on the paper) in the name and are "roads" (Rd).

A quick check gave me a Lorraine H Diaz, living on 3736 Dufau Rd in Oxnard, California. Telephone number is: 805-986-4641
