98' Dodge Dakota Front Driver Seat Bolt ! Help !!!

On my 98' Dakota,I had the front electric seat slide problem and now I have a bigger issue.
The front seat bolts were nice and tight coming out & now it as if there is no threads in the sheet metal for the screws.
Is there a insert inside the floor pan? If there is I have no way to get to it. How can I fix this so I can bolt the seat down?
I even tried a longer and thicker lag bolt, no luck. Like a sausage in a glass of water.

If you have a lot of steel left use Nassau 800-631-5754 or rockmount 800-272-7637. I bought these years ago. I have use these to repair stripped out head bolts. I did not see if they have a web site. These are 100%  better than heali coils.
