I'm not a huge fan of the 70....and to be honest an orange car with a white roof, black hood treatment and a wooden dash is not helping to convince me otherwise! Each to their own I guess.
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you !!

You don't like my "harmonica" grille?
I'll admit that the color scheme of this ebay car isn't my favorite either. A Purple or blue car looks nice with a white top though...

smithenhiven

My only complaint are those outside rocker mouldings, those never look right on these cars.

charger_fan_4ever

FC7/Y1 is my favorite on the 70's

I assumed the ebay car was customized a bit, but nope fender tag matchs. A case of rare not always be desirable.

Lots of 70-90K 2nd gens on ebag. I wonder if they are really selling at these prices.

DAY CLONA

Nice car, too bad it has the V21 hood treatment kinda clashes with the rest of the car, the tail stripe I've always hated, that car would look sharpe with the factory side pin stripe option in white, and of course a pistol grip shifter to replace that slush box, needs some 15" ralleys too....then it would be stylin

Agreed.....they always look to have been made a few inches to short!!

I'm absolutely loving this car. This 70 is a good example why the 70 was the best year for the second generation Charger. The V-code says it all!

70 sublime

I would be glad to drive it if it lived in my driveway  :2thumbs:

I thought the same, first time ever seeing it like that, but you never know?

I think you are correct. Likely because those door emblems are not reproduced.

Hmmmmm, appears you guys are right after looking at a few pics of 71 Chargers, I was in the same dilemma for new Charger scripts for my 70 Charger, I ended up using repro 68-70 rear tail panel Charger scripts and cutting off the badge and using just the Charger portion, it was very close to size, and I staked it on so as to not have to deal with the studs hitting the door structure, or having to drill clearance holes in the door frame for the emblem studs in order to install the door panels

The POWER WINDOW door is my car, the other is an original crank panel for comparison...now b4 the purist jump on me for my emblem placement  :icon_smile_big: I put the emblems on the new panels where they were on my old 70 originals, there may be an emblem placement difference because of PW application? I don't know?...
