It is .......read the listing. He would not post the real VIN and you cant list a car over there without the VIN. Strange as we can here.

If the vehicle is not in production yet then it will not have a VIN assigned. Assuming they are not on the line and it works the same way as any other ordered FCA vehicle. I ordered my 14' RAM and it wasn't given a VIN until a week before it went down the line. As was the case with my coworkers Jeep Rubicon.

I'm not sure who is requiring that. Could be CA (ebay headquarters) or the Fed or simply ebay coded that requirement in. Regardless they don't validate it, just want some text in there based upon my experience.
