Whatever happened to Magnum force Subframe Connectors for 71-74 Chargers?

In 2012 I bought a set of Magnum Force subframe connectors for my 1973 charger. (said to fit 71-74)
I finally tried to get them installed in 2016 and I was told they didn't fit by the welder, so they cameback home in the trunk....uninstalled.
I just noticed that they are no longer offered on the Magnum Force website.  (now the B-body offerings stop at 1970)
The only evidence they ever existed is a member on this site who had them installed on his 1973 Charger and a mention on the Magnum Force website that they were installed on a 1971 or 72 Satellite built by SMC  on the "Wrecks to Riches" TV show.

Did they quit making these?  Did any one here get them to fit? they were not cheap and I'd like to salvage them

What was the problem with the fit? My Charger was the one they based their design on.

Nether left or right fit.
Me the owner and the welder us switched  left to right and back again. 
If we line up the backs contact points , the front contact points and the floor pan contact points are not even close.
If you check, they are no longer offered, but I don't know why

Need to say, if they listed for 71/74 that's incorrect. 71/72 are diff monsters than 73/74. Sooooo if you have a 73 mostly sure they made them for 71/72 ( tipically )

Same happened with IAS shock made by Edelbrock on their days for front shocks. Offered to every B body up to 74, which is real to rears but not to fronts

Just to rephrase in other terms: The parts did not fit, not even close yet you wonder why they are not offered any more?
Hey...I'm no detective here, but MAYBE they are not listed because THEY DON"T FIT ?    Maybe they got terrible feedback on them, lost their ass giving refunds and decided to either abandon the idea or do more R & D before making an improved version??

Nge, do you know the difference between 72 and 73 Chargers?  If you can answer this, then you should be able to differentiate why a SFC made to fit all 71-74 Chargers  is a fail right out of the gate.

even the UNYBODY ITSELF is at same distance, same points, and floor boards are the same, the 73 and lates got an extra isolated crossmember just right behind the front unybody crossframe, where the T bars hex sockets are located ( not anymore on unybody ). This added Crossmember makes imposible to fit a straight Subframe between the front unybody and the rear frame rails.

The only way ( per my analisys ) to fit Subframes on lates B bodies is fit them diagonally between front unybody junction point and rear frame rails... which I think is posible to make a custom job like that, just need extra job. Still working on design it.

There is not a view like this with 73 and lates setup, so I added where the lates got the added Cross member ( black bar ) and the red line could be the Subframe conectors. Of course not with floor board shape, but a straight beam...

on second pic, a longitudinal view underneath a 73 and lates B body, and red circled the front unybody section junction. There is visible the added crossmember between the circles

I didn't think to ask "are you sure these will fit a late-year 1973".
When I order parts for my 1966 truck, the supplier usually asks me details like... the month it was built or the assembly number from the VIN (or mentions it in a catalog)
Now that I see my mistake, I'll stop trying to make these work.

Here are my '73 Charger subframe connectors as made, installed and delivered from Magnum Force some 12 years ago. I hope these photos help in figuring out why yours don't fit.
