Anyone seen one of these?

I found this on door of the car and wondered if anyone had seen one? very hard to read. I thought it was kinda cool. It has 2 of them but 2nd one is all faded out.

Yes, I have a spare door with the same sticker. The writing on it is to faded to read.

there is a wrinkle & a stain thru the middle of the third digit - I'm convinced it is a "0" & dealer number 59085

with the picture enlarged you can see the path the pen took
