What does this A pillar trim fit?

I think they may be for a 4 door but I am not sure, I did some searching but couldn't get a definitive answer. I sold mine years ago and replaced them with wrong ones. I have the correct ones now and show them for comparison but plan on selling the wrong ones.

Anyone make anything of the part numbers?
