Anyone know?  Any reason not to add them?

I always add them.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

I would add them, but they're not a 100% replacement for checking them manually once in a while.

Not all 11" drums came with manual adjusters, in some HD/fleet installations where the 11" was used it was assumed that the vehicle would get regular maintenance including brake adjustments but mainstream vehicles got the auto-adjusters.
