Any one know where or how to set the locknut on the main carb throttle shaft to engage the secondaries at the right time.
I was at about 2/3 throttle previously but since getting my carbs back just wondering if they need to be sinc'd up with the vaccum pods or the kickdown.
Anyone ?

By the way anyone sell nice hardline fuel lines w/gauge for the sixpack setup(vac) not the stock peice.
Looking for somthing a little nicer I'm not a fan of the braided stuff for the sixpacks (too tight)

I do not know of any other fuel lines unless you fabricate your own
I assume you have vacuum secondary carbs ? so the only mechanical linkage is used to close not open the carbs
dp you have a picture of what you are referring to ?

Well it's like this,This locknut, I looked at an exploded view of the carb and I could not find it , I also checked out a few 6Pak tuning sites and could not find any info on it ? Yet my setup had a small locknut on the slide opening of the throttle setup ? it was in the 2/3 (approx) position. When the carbs came back from Promax I simply reinstalled the locknut where it was previously. The only consideration I gave it was
Where should it be on the slider and what determines it's position. Basically it forced the secondarys open at the position the locknut was set on the throttle shaft arm. I finally reached Ben over at Promax to discuss a little bog issue i'm having with the carbs, then asked him where this locknut needs to be set !.....
..Well there isn't supposed to be one  there !?, He was quite surprised to hear that's how the sixpack was setup when I got it ! and preformed well  for few thousand miles.

As far as the fuel lines go, Promax is considering putting together a nice  prefabbed set of fuel lines  with a psi gauge in the future, just for the 6Pak until then it's stock or build your own.

By the way Promax did a great job on the Carbs and with the additional MaxPack upgrade and a set of 1/2" spacers I'm finally getting some decent bottom end out of my MP.509 cam.
