I'd have to say $900-$1200...........regular 71-74 power bulge hoods seem to be fetching around $800, 71-72 Ramcharger hoods $2500

Nupe

Ummm double all those prices for us regular guys who don't have twilt's resources for parts.  :rotz:

Damn twilt you get lucky on parts scores (yes, I'm jealous!  :icon_smile_cool:).

correcting link ( you missed the : between http and slashes )
and inserting image at same time using the link corrected:

definitelly a RT hood...

Oh, well, Really is just a bulged hood with cut out to insert...R/Ts,  super bees are the same hoods just changing the insert,

so the true is that is the right R/T insert

bee's hood ( insert ):

to show the othe cut out hood difference ( rammed hoods ). Standart with hemi Chargers, and I think optional on 6packs and 440 4bbls. Aparently also on 383 because what pic with red Charger says:

Ram's hood opened( insert ):

is it possible to have a hood come with the r/t louvered incert  but it not say anything on the front of the blacked out part(no r/t or super bee logo)  i thought it was just solid black   we have a power buldge hood that has the super bee on front  but it has no incert at all

Nacho-RT74

There was The R/T decals option instead the black out with R/T cut out, but don't know if just black out without R/T lettering.

I know new repros are sold without any kind of cut out if you want on that way, but not sure if you had that option from factory.

I never have seen a Superbee without the insert since is part of the package as HOOD TREATMENT, but I'm just talking about pics on websites. Never have seen in person a superbee ( no available in Venezuela ).

About worth...

one or two years ago, we could say for an untouched flat hood around $150, Bulged hood with cut out to any insert around $600 including anyone of the inserts ( R/T or SB ) and for an Air ram hood around $1500 complete.

Just the insert in good conditions, around $100-150 with lower plate ( same to SB insert )

now... who knows...
