Dodge Daytona Sold in British Columbia

I own serial # ... 667, which is a no option 440 4spd R4 red with black interior Daytona. Does anybody have pictures or history or stories of this car? It was sold at National Motors Victoria BC and did end up in Hay River Nortwest Territories in 1970 to 1971. The car returned to BC and lived in Victoria. Information is the owner worked for BC Ferries and it did some quarter mile times from the pay both for the ferry to the dock location. Anything would be great, pictures or even copy of buildsheet.  the car will standout as it has no radio, no console, no tinted glass, palin steel wheels with little hubcaps, no tic-toc cluster no power steering , maual drum brakes. i  heard it might be only one like this. If anybody has one with less I would love to hear about it.

   Is it equipped with rear defog, i thought all XX cars that went north of the border were.   Jay (Wingman)

My serial# 656 has rear defog but it was destined to saskatchewan and we get win ters. british Columbia has a more warm winter, so rear defog was not required.

This is a red one but not a 4 speed seen in 10-31 69 Manitoba Canada paper.    Daytona which is also R4 red and has power windows and rear defogger

My buddy in Duncan (30 mins north of Victoria) has a picture of a red Daytona someone he knew had hanging on his shop's wall. I'll dig up a picture I took of that picture.

If you can that picture or a copy , and you need some cask let me know. It  amy be my car.  Any story from the shop owner about what he knows of car would be great.

Back in the late 70's/early 80's, while I lived in Coquitlam, BC, there was a red Daytona in our neighbourhood, along with the mod-top Daytona that is being restored right now. The red one never had a passenger in the rear seats the owner told me. It was just immaculate and VERY low mileage. I offered him 10 grand for the car back then and he turned me down. He later sold it for 10G and I was not happy as I really wanted that car! I bought a 1968 Roadrunner/hemi/4-speed instead with the money I had saved intended for that Daytona. This red car may be the one you are talking about, there were not any other Daytonas that I was aware of in the area other than those 2 mentioned cars. I had heard later on that the red car had been sold to a collector in the USA somewhere. That's all I know about the red car.

I saw that red Daytona a couple times in Duncan, BC on Vancouver island. It cruised into the BowMel Chrysler car show about '95. Never saw it again.

I bought 665 out of BC many moons ago. Sold it to a friend here in Ontario a few years ago....he still has it. The Mod Top is 666.

use to see bronze one in richmond 440 4 speed,red auto in vancouver smacked in front,black hemi one in north burnaby,wonder where they are ow.know the redone wentto dairy guys in alberta as i told  them to buy it .still lots of rare stuff around if you know where to look not just mopars

I'm in B.C.....haven't seen a local Daytona here in ages. Just ones from Washington State and a F6 Green one from Kelowna.
