Lower steering column bearing

Hello, has anyone bought their lower steering column bearing from this outfit on eBay?

If so, what's your opinion on it?

Or are there any other recommended vendors for this bearing? I need the 2 bolt style for my 68 Charger.

When I got my lower bearing the grease had dried up which made the bearing really stiff. I had to get it all out and repack it with grease. Hopefully this is not the case with all of them.
